Pricing
All prices are per night. Longer stays earn progressive discounts: 10 % from fourteen nights, 20 % from one month, 30 % from three months. We invoice weekly or monthly by agreement, and employers can receive direct invoices.

Yes. The annex has a private entrance, a private kitchen, a private bathroom and room for two to four people. It can be booked alone from one night to six months. You have full privacy from the rest of the house.
Yes. We have experience with family members and can accommodate on short notice. Send a message via the contact form or directly to post@villaroykas.no, and we reply within a couple of hours. Cancellation terms are flexible for hospital-related bookings.
Yes. We send invoices with our Norwegian business registration number to your employer or relocation agency. We are registered as an AS in Norway with standard VAT handling for long-term rentals. Email us the invoice details.
Annex: one night to six months. Main house or whole detached house: one night to twelve months. For relocation we recommend three to six months while you find permanent housing.
Everything: solar electricity, heating, 1 Gbit broadband, bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, EV charging, garden access and the spa suite. Final cleaning and linen change every fortnight are included for stays over one month.
Yes, we speak both Norwegian and English. All communication, the house manual and the local guide exist in both languages.
Yes. Double garage with room for two cars, plus two-three cars in the driveway. The garage has an EV charger (Type 2, up to 22 kW). Free and included.
