Questions and answers
Minimum 3 months, maximum 12 months. For longer stays we can consider an extension, but not as permanent housing. The annex is flexible from one month.
Everything: solar electricity, heating, 1 Gbit broadband, bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, EV charging, garden access and the spa suite. Final cleaning and linen change every fortnight are included.
Yes. We send invoices with our Norwegian business registration number to your employer or relocation agency. VAT is handled per Norwegian rules for long-term rentals. Email us the invoice details.
Two months of rent. Paid into a secured account and returned within 30 days of move-out, provided the property is in the agreed state.
Yes, with two months written notice. We have flexibility for early move due to work, health or other life events, by agreement.
Yes, we speak both Norwegian and English. All communication, contracts and the house manual exist in both languages.

Yes. The annex has a private entrance, a private kitchen and a private bathroom. It can be rented separately from one month to six months. Full privacy from the rest of the house.
