How does employer invoicing work?

We send monthly invoices in advance with our business registration number, invoice reference and VAT handling per Norwegian rules. EHF e-invoicing is available. Payment terms are 14 days. We can also invoice a relocation agency as an intermediary.
How long can employees stay?

Minimum 3 months, maximum 12 months. For longer stays we can consider an extension, but not as permanent housing. The annex is flexible from one month.
What is included?

Electricity, heating, 1 Gbit broadband, bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, EV charging, garden and spa suite. Final cleaning and linen change every fortnight. One price per month.
What about the deposit and security?

Two months of rent on a secured account. Returned within 30 days of move-out. We can also arrange a corporate guarantee instead of cash deposit if that is easier for you.
What if the employee needs to leave early?

We have flexibility for early departure due to work, health or other unforeseen life events. Two months written notice, but we always find a solution that is reasonable for both parties.
Do you speak English and can you help employees practically?

Yes. Lisa Kongsli is your host and speaks both Norwegian and English. We help with practical information about Lørenskog, Oslo, transport, kindergartens, doctors, and can connect you with a relocation specialist if you need more.
Can we set up an agreement for recurring stays?

Yes, gladly. If you have regular housing needs for employees, we can arrange a preferred-partner agreement with fixed terms and dedicated dates. Email us to discuss.
