Whole detached house furnished, 3 to 12 months. Sleeps 8 to 10. English-speaking host. Help with practical information about Lørenskog, Oslo, kindergartens and schools. Invoicing to employer or relocation agency.
Executive secondment
Main house or annex. For the person who wants room for visiting family but needs their own space to work. Home office option in the master suite. Stable internet. Quiet.
Locum and substitute roles
The annex with private entrance for one to two people. 12 minutes by car to Akershus University Hospital. Bookable from one month. Private kitchen and bathroom, no cafeteria routine.

We send Norwegian invoices with our business registration number to your employer or relocation agency. VAT handled per Norwegian rules. 14-day payment terms. EHF e-invoicing on request.

Questions from HR
We send monthly invoices in advance with our business registration number, invoice reference and VAT handling per Norwegian rules. EHF e-invoicing is available. Payment terms are 14 days. We can also invoice a relocation agency as an intermediary.
Minimum 3 months, maximum 12 months. For longer stays we can consider an extension, but not as permanent housing. The annex is flexible from one month.
Electricity, heating, 1 Gbit broadband, bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, EV charging, garden and spa suite. Final cleaning and linen change every fortnight. One price per month.
Two months of rent on a secured account. Returned within 30 days of move-out. We can also arrange a corporate guarantee instead of cash deposit if that is easier for you.
We have flexibility for early departure due to work, health or other unforeseen life events. Two months written notice, but we always find a solution that is reasonable for both parties.
